I am so excited for the many milestones that we will face in this house. Bianca will crawl for the first time in this house, take her first steps, have her first birthday. Jeff and I will have our first anniversary in this house and possibly have our 2nd baby in this house. I am so excited to open the next chapter in our life. Time is flying. I wish there was a way to video tape life and look back on it later. There are many things I do not remember from my past. Maybe that is a good thing. LML.

A couple of days ago, Jeff and I accepted our counter offer on the house we made an offer on. 3 bed 2.5 bath 1591 square feet. We are so excited to finally be buying our first house. It isn’t everything we want in a house, but it is our first. Its closer to Jeff’s work, which is great. Our closing date is February 4th, so we have less than a month to get packed and be ready to move in. I have to get some quotes on house cleaners in the area to clean the house before we move in. I am really excited to decorate our new home. So many ideas.

2010 was a great year. I got married to the love of my life and best friend on May 7th. We had our beautiful daughter, Bianca on September 7th. She is so healthy and happy and she is advancing so quickly. She loves attention, just like her momma. We also put an offer on a wonderful house that we are hoping we get. We should hear back from them tomorrow. I made a couple new friends and I started a new hobby…..scrapbooking. I can’t imagine a better ending to 2010. Look out 2011, I am gonna rock your world.
